At Home Away Lowell, we develop individual and personalized careplans for each participant to assure their needs are met.

 

The activities and programming reflect the diverse needs of participants and their levels of functioning. Our nursing staff is available to address any of your skilled-nursing needs and assistance with activities of daily living. Your day includes two home-cooked meals, snacks, and transportation to and from the center. Our facility also features comfortable outdoor space to improve participant wellness!
